ClayTrainer ("the app") is provided by Covote GmbH & Co KG, Berlin, Germany. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@claytrainer.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion, responding within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in email address
- All your shooting sessions, scores, notes and saved range names
- Any saved range locations
- Your Premium-subscription status record
What may be retained
Deleted data is removed from active systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our provider's rolling schedule. We may retain the minimum records required by law (e.g. payment/tax records for purchases), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a paid subscription is separate from account deletion and is done through Google Play; deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
